Ucook Launches ‘Health Nut’

Local dinner kit delivery service, Ucook has, over the last three years, analysed the demographics of their customer base to nail down how and what people want to eat.

The resulting categories introduced on the website now include Health Nut and Easy Peasy.

Unlike traditional categories which commonly form part of the international dinner kit circuit, UCook’s new categories are not centred around specific diets. The business has, instead, opted to create categories oriented around a specific set of benefits, aligning the offering more closely with their customers’ lifestyles.

Health Nut dishes pack a nutritional punch, with weekly menus crafted by consulting dietitians on behalf of Ucook. These include recipes with a focus on ethical sourcing, ‘clean’ carbohydrates, high protein contents, and follow superfood trends. They’ve also ensured that gluten, dairy, and sugar-free offerings are available where possible.

Visit ucook.co.za to try out the new dishes and stay up-to-date on social media for more news on what’s to come.
