What are your fitness goals?
To a certain degree, I have reached a part of my goal, I have worked really hard the past year to get my body where it is now. My next goal is to compete in the IFBB and make it to the Nationals as well as become a qualified group exercise instructor.
What are your hobbies?
I am at my happiest when I am at the gym, lifting weights. I also enjoy running but not over long- distances. I love anything related to creativity and interior decorating. I love being outdoors and trying out new restaurants.
Do you have any sporting/fitness achievements you would like to share?
5th place in the IFBB H&H Ladies Fitness Bikini category.
Why did you enter the USN Face of Fitness 2017?
Besides my obvious love for gym and fitness, I would like to inspire and motivate people and show that fitness and living a healthy lifestyle is for everyone and not only for people trying to lose weight. I have always been skinny and people have the misconception that when you are skinny, you don’t need to gym nor live a healthy lifestyle. When my friends and family saw my transformation from skinny to fit, I became their ‘go-to’ person for advice. I love it because I believe that fitness is for everyone and if for whatever reason you are not able to be active, you can still lead a healthier lifestyle by eating well. As much as I have the platform to do all that now, I know having a massive brand like USN and Fitness Magazine behind me will allow me to reach greater heights and educate more people on fitness, eating well and leading a balanced life with the right supplements. I would love to be the Face of USN!
