What are your fitness goals?
I just want to be healthy and fit and set a good example for my 2 little girls as well as all women out there. I love helping people to reach their goals and be the best they can be on their own level. In my Tae Bo classes, I push people to do better every time and to challenge themselves in every class. If it doesn’t challenge you it will not change you. I want to help as many people as possible to become fitter, stronger and healthier!
What are your hobbies?
I love doing Tae Bo and road running. Running clears your head and Tae Bo does wonders for stress relief.
Do you have any sporting/fitness achievements you would like to share?
Why did you enter the USN Face of Fitness 2017?
I would like to set an example for all the ordinary working moms. I am not a personal trainer but fitness is part of my lifestyle. I am just a normal working mom of 2 beautiful little girls (aged 3 and 7). I have a passion for fitness and to help people to be the best they can be. You don’t have to compete with the person next to you, you just need to be the best you! I want ordinary women to know that you do not have to be a personal trainer or spend hours in the gym to be able to look and feel great! I personally think being in awesome shape, working full-time (not in a gym), raising kids and running a household is much more of an achievement! If I win this competition it will give me the platform to help so many working class people to reach their fitness goals and make them realise that it is possible to do it all! If you put your mind to it, you can do anything!
