Cell C Day Of Races Returns to Jo’burg

Runners, walkers and fitness enthusiasts will find their fit at the second annual Cell C Day Of Races in Johannesburg, taking place at Roosevelt High School, Emmarentia, on Sunday, 11 June 2017.

The theme of the event is ‘find your fit’. Entrants can choose between four start waves:

  1. Pretty Fast

  2. Sole Mates (pairs)

  3. Young, Fast & Free, and

  4. Anything Goes.

The 5th wave, the Elite Race, is for invited athletes only.

The Cell C Day Of Races allows entrants to choose the start wave the suits them best. Instead of going for gold, runners are encouraged to beat their Personal Best finishing times, be social, take photographs and videos at designated points on route, share it to the event’s social media platforms and stand a chance to win magnificent prizes. The Cell C Day Of Races supports The Sunflower Fund. To stay informed, ‘like’ the Day of Races Facebook page, or follow @DayOfRaces on Twitter and Instagram.
